For the broth, diners can choose from Chicken Stock Base (P 420), Free-Range Chicken with Coconut Soup Base, Satay Soup Base (P 420), Chinese Herbs and Drunken Chicken Soup Base (P 780) and Tomato Ox-Tail Soup Base (P 780). Diners at Choi Hot Pot can also opt for two kinds of broth in special table-top pots.
Once you've selected your soup base, you can now pick your ingredients. The key to a flavorful and sumptuous hot pot is layering and building flavors with a variety of fresh ingredients including vegetables, balls and dumplings, beef, pork and seafood. At Choi Hot Pot, each ingredient is served a la carte, simply choose your items from the menu and start building your hot pot.
