From the same family behind Nonna's Pasta & Pizzeria (more on Nonna's Pasta & Pizzeria on my earlier post, Flatlay Conversations: Four Pizzas for FourScene at Nonna's Pasta & Pizzeria), Mama Lou's also offers the same hearty fare like pasta and pizza along with other signature dishes for even more tasty options. Mama Lou's Slow Juiced Fresh Fruit Shakes (P 160-P 220) are the perfect way to start your meal, just pick your fruit of choice...
...followed by a refreshing salad, like Mama Lou's Insalata Caprese (P 250) with garden-fresh tomatoes, basil, cucumber, sweet peppers and carabao's milk kesong puti drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and sharp balsamic glaze. Other options include the Chef's Salad (P 275), the hot and cold Friulana Salad (P 295) with chilled lettuce topped with warm egg, bacon and mushroom, the classic Caesar Salad (P 275) and the Oriental Salad (P 325) with crab sticks, mangoes, apples, and arugula drizzled with nutty sesame dressing.
Nothing warms the palate and body like a bowl of soup. Soup's definitely on at Mama Lou's with Mushroom (P 165), Pumpkin (P 165) and Clam Chowder (P 185)...
...or the French Onion (P 250) covered in a crust of baked cheese. Want more? Mama Lou's also serves a tasty Minestrone (P 175) and thick Tomato Cream Soup (P 180).
For your entree, Mama Lou's got that perfect dish just for you served with mashed potatoes or rice and a side of vegetables for a complete meal. The extensive menu of entrees makes choosing a dish a difficult one with so many choices. Like the Rollo Di Pollo (P 390), crisp and juicy breaded chicken rolls filled with creamy mozzarella with pesto and pomodoro sauces on the side. The lightly crisp outer layer, soft mozzarella stuffing and tender chicken deliver contrasting textures along with rich flavors.
Mama Lou's does amazing things with chicken served a variety of ways, like the Chicken Fra Diavalo (P 390), an oven-roasted chicken with rosemary, garlic, oregano, extra virgin olive oil and chili for that layer of soothing heat...
...the zesty Chicken Piccata (P 330) with succulent and juicy pan-fried chicken breast fillet draped in lemon, butter and caper sauce...
...the rich and savory Chicken Marsala (P 390) with tender chicken fillet topped with ham and mozzarella cheese covered in creamy marsala wine and caper sauce...

From chicken to beef, pork and seafood, Mama Lou's entrees offer tasty choices to satisfy any appetite or craving.

The core of Mama Lou's menu is Italian, offering a wide selection of signature pasta and pizza. But Mama Lou's risotto dishes are not to be missed when you visit the restaurant. The Risotto Pesto Al Pollo (P 325) is a flavorful dish with creamy Italian Arborio rice gently simmered with homemade pesto sauce and topped with tender strips of chicken fillet...
...while the Risotto Tartufo Funghi (P 325) brings the nutty and earthy notes of wild mushrooms and truffle cream with each spoonful...
...and the day's freshest catch infuses its rich flavors with the Risotto Di Mare (P 350) loaded with plump mussels, shrimps, and squid. Chicken and pesto, mushrooms or seafood, each risotto dish is prepared with a whole lot of love at Mama Lou's. But the table at Mama Lou's isn't complete...
...without their signature pasta and pizza. The simple yet hearty Olio pasta dishes sauteed with olive oil and garlic are my go-to favorites, but Mama Lou's Diavalo pasta offerings are also a must-try like the Jalapeno (P 295) with fiery jalapenos, pine nuts, garlic and olive oil for a spicy kick...
...and the Italian Sardine (P 275) with olive oil, wild caught sardines, garlic and basil. Simple, uncomplicated with a just a whisper of heat for that perfect finish. Other spicy pasta offerings include the Arrabiata (P 295) and Amatriciana (P 275).
Among Mama Lou's Pomodoro pasta dishes, the classic Spaghetti Pomodoro Basilico (P 275) brings the vibrant tartness of tomatoes and fresh basil to the table for rustic flavors. Other tomato-based pasta dishes offered by Mama Lou's include the Italian Sausage Pomodoro (P 295), Shrimp Formaggio (P 325) and the always popular Spaghetti Meatballs (P 295). The must-try olio pasta dishes are the Vongole Olio (P 295) with clams, white wine, fresh tomato and garlic; and the Spaghetti Con Tuyo Filleto (P 275) for local flavors. Mama Lou's other pasta offerings, like the Alfredo with its rich parmesan cream sauce provide even more choices with the popular Carbonara (P 295), Seafood Alfredo (P 325), Prosciutto Carciofo Fettuccine (P 315) and Creamy Salmon Linguine (P 325). Mama Lou's made-from-scratch culinary style is best enjoyed with their Gnocchi (P 275), Lasagna (P 295), Ravioli Spinaci (P 350) and Pasta Al Nero Di Seppia (P 325), all featuring homemade pasta. Olio, Diavalo, Alfredo or homemade pasta, there's just so much to choose from at Mama Lou's when it comes to pasta.
If Nonna's Pasta & Pizzeria takes pride in their signature pizzas, Mama Lou's has its own specialty crispy thin crust pizza like the Pizza Margherita (P 280 Small 12"/P 395 Large 14") topped with tomatoes, basil and mozzarella. Add some of Mama Lou's homemade Garlic Confit and fresh alfalfa sprouts, and you've got a winner on your hands. Drizzle some of Mama Lou's Hot Honey and have another slice. The flavors are bold and intense, capped nicely by the crisp thin crust.
The Spinach & Goat Cheese (P 325 Small 12"/P 425 Large 14") is another favorite, best with some Garlic Confit and Hot Honey. The distinct flavors of goat cheese and spinach come through with a solid punch, and the Garlic Confit and Hot Honey adds to the layers of rich flavors. Salty, sweet, and mildly spicy, all contrasting notes that just work so well together in one pizza. From soups and salads to entrees, pasta and pizza, Mama Lou's got it covered. And for dessert?
Take your pick. Choose from the indulgent Mama Lou's Cheesecake (P 180) topped with either blueberries...
