The Daily Lunch (P 1,888 net per person), Dinner Buffet (P 2,888 net per person) and The Grand Sunday Brunch (P 3,400 net per person) are back at The Grand Kitchen of Grand Hyatt Manila. And that's a good reason for a culinary stop at Bonifacio Global City even on a regular weekday transforming your usual lunch or dinner dining experience...

At the Salad Station, The Grand Kitchen showcases garden fresh and crisp greens with an equally tempting variety of salad dressings for that perfect start with a customized bowl of pure freshness...

...along with fine gourmet cheeses and charcuterie for tasty nibbles. Manchego, Emmental, Gouda or Brie? Now we're talking. Just pick up a plate and pile it on.

The buffet dining concept has long been a popular mainstay in the local culinary scene where variety and quality combine for a memorable lunch or dinner with a tempting array of dishes masterfully executed using fresh and premium ingredients. Grand Hyatt Manila is back in the game with the revival of the Grand Buffet at The Grand Kitchen

One of the many reasons why buffet dining remains popular is that it allows you to travel around the world to savor global cuisines, one plate at at time. At The Grand Kitchen, your epic culinary journey begins with the refreshing bowl of Thai Som Tam Salad...

...prepared fresh and a la minute at its flavorful peak. The classic shredded green papaya salad brings a festive medley of contrasting notes to the palate from vibrant sour and salty hints to a subtle sweetness rounded out by a soothing and gentle heat from the fiery chilies. The play on textural contrasts and flavors opens up the palate as you continue your culinary journey at The Grand Kitchen

It's not a complete buffet without the day's freshest and succulent catch. At the Japanese Station of The Grand Kitchen, diners can indulge in a lavish spread of fresh seafood...

...from intricate hand-rolled maki and sushi rolls to exquisite sashimi

One more round of Salmon, Tuna and Hamachi Sashimi? Absolutely.

Take your palate deep into one of the world's fabled culinary traditions over at the Chinese Station...

...with savory dishes like the Mapo Tofu and so much more.

The assorted roasts near the Chinese Station then catches your eye...

...and a serving of Pork Charsiu, Roast Duck (available for the Dinner Buffet only) and Hainanese Chicken soon teases the palate with its savory richness. Curated by Executive Chef Mark Hagan's team, culinary traditions and standards are high on the list of priorities at The Grand Kitchen along with perfect execution and the use of premium ingredients defining your dining experience.

The sumptuous spread reflects the uncompromising commitment to quality of Executive Chef Mark Hagan and his team at The Grand Kitchen, with each station offering real and authentic flavors for a satisfying buffet marking its return to your list of buffet dining destinations in Bonifacio Global City.

The wide variety of kimchi at the Korean Station becomes the perfect side to your savory main course at The Grand Kitchen...

...like the fork-tender Beef Brisket. Ready for the second round? Then pick up another plate...

That day, rounds of Aperol Spritz were served at the exclusive preview preparing and cleansing your palate for another trip at the buffet.

For an additional cost, you can also opt for the specialty tea blends of The Grand Kitchen from the refreshing Classic Iced Tea to the Oolong Iced Tea and Lemongrass Pandan Iced Tea

Or go for the freshly squeezed fruit juices prepared and blended as you order.

But it's the Grill and Mongolian Barbeque Stations that clearly was one of the many highlights at The Grand Kitchen...

Start with the Bacon-Wrapped Cherry Tomato Skewers followed by juicy Grilled Chicken and tender slabs of Pork Belly...

...followed by grilled Baby Squid and succulent Baby Octopus along with plump Mussels and buttery Grilled Salmon Fillet, each romanced by the fiery grill for that intense smoky finish to complement the briny sweetness of the fresh seafood.

And like all proper buffets, there's more. Enjoy savory bites of Balinese style Chicken and Beef Satay served with a variety of sauces, condiments and pickled vegetables...

...along with a comforting bowl of Mongolian Barbeque for a sumptuous feast at The Grand Kitchen

For me, another serving of Baby Squid and Baby Octopus draped in a rich butter sauce is my top reason not to miss the Grill Station at The Grand Kitchen. Perfectly grilled with delicately charred edges delivering bold flavors with smoky hints, the fresh briny sweetness of both the Baby Squid and Baby Octopus comes through with each delectable bite. Freshness, they say is flavor. Each tender drapes the palate with a lingering richness with another bite soon on the way.

But save room for dessert.

The Grand Kitchen covers all bases with an equally impressive assortment of indulgent desserts from ice cream to this Apple Crumble served with Vanilla Cream Sauce. Better yet, top it with a scoop of ice cream from the Ice Cream Station for that decadent finish.

Then, there's the Tiramisu for that picture-perfect sweet ending at The Grand Kitchen

The intricate and ornate rendition of the classic and traditional Italian dessert is best paired with a freshly brewed cup of Latté to cap a perfect weekday lunch at The Grand Kitchen. And it just doesn't get better than this.

The Grand Buffet is definitely back, grander than ever at The Grand Kitchen of Grand Hyatt Manila. Transform your weekday lunch or dinner with the extensive buffet offerings at The Grand Kitchen with its triumphant return to the local dining scene. And the grills are fired up waiting for you...
