A few more bamboo steamers from Jasmine's dim sum menu calls for some refreshing libations. And Jasmine's new cocktail menu is the perfect choice to pair with your dim sum. In fact, it's the most perfect and coolest pairing yet when you think about it. You can always enjoy dim sum and tea, change up the game with cocktails for a whole new and different vibe. The new cocktail creations feature a mix of gin, rum and cognac-based libations to make any dim sum feast at Jasmine a memorable one.

Start with the Yin Yang with its sweet and sour blend of Martin Miller's Gin, elderflower cordial, chili, egg white, lemon juice, rose buds and tea syrup to open up the palate. Almost like a whiskey sour, the Yin Yang has that balanced and clean, tart sweetness pairing well with the selection of dim sum at Jasmine.

The Lapsang Cooler concocted with Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac, black tea, basil, ginger, lemon juice and sugar syrup offers more complex yet soothing notes with its fragrantly herbal and tea flavors complementing the deep smoky sweetness of cognac. Light and smooth, you're ready for another bamboo steamer fresh from Jasmine's kitchen.

The Jasmine Bloom made with Christian Drouin Gin, Mancino Bianco Vermouth, jasmine tea, lime juice, egg white and honey is a deceptively smooth and sweet number but she can bite back if you let your guard down. Treat this lady with respect, and enjoy a well-paced dim sum feast at Jasmine

Jasmine also offers a rum-based cocktail, the Xiang Mao Drop with That Boutique-y Rum Signature Blend, lemongrass, fresh mint, lime juice and tieguanyin tea syrup.

A few rounds down the hatch and a dim sum lunch or dinner at Jasmine still remains one of the best options in the metro. But if you're hungry for more, the new menu at Jasmine may have a few more surprises to add to your long list of personal picks.

The new menu at Jasmine includes succulent crab dishes, and if you love crabs these Deep Fried Stuffed Crab Claws goes straight up to the top of your list.
