...from Squid Balls to Tokneneng, deep-fried and battered quail eggs with that distinctive orange tint. Pick a skewer and load up, and drizzle your skewers with the mandatory sauces. A spicy vinegar dip for the Squid Balls and a thick sweet and mildly spicy sauce for the Tokneneng. Perfect.
But there's more. Fish Balls and crispy Chicken Skin Chicharon complete your nostalgic plate of tasty starters. The flavors are reminiscent of the local urban street experience, with colorful carts hawking their specialties.
