Located at the Third Level of Mega Fashion Hall, Kam's Roast is an internationally-acclaimed restaurant from Hong Kong specializing in authentic Roast Goose, Roast Duck, Suckling Pig, Crispy Roast Pork and Barbecued Pork. With a culinary heritage spanning over 75 years, Kam's Roast also has that coveted Michelin Star adding that distinctive sparkle to one of Hong Kong's well-loved restaurants. 

Each dish is recreated to the exacting standards of Kam's Roast in Hong Kong using the finest ingredients prepared in the same way for the last 75 years. The glass-lined kitchen with assorted roasts infuses the traditional hawker vibe in a modern and elegant space transporting you almost immediately to Hong Kong.


Our sneak preview for Kam's Roast began with a hearty and comforting bowl of Wonton Soup (P 280) with its delicate yet palate-warming notes. The light broth opens up your palate followed by the crisp freshness of the bokchoy and the rich flavors of the succulent wonton. 


As the main courses were prepared, more side dishes were served including the Marinated Tofu (P 180) with silky soft bean curd draped in a rich and flavorful sauce...


...and Marinated Cucumber with Vinegar & Garlic (P 220) with refreshingly crisp cucumber topped with garlic layering it with nutty hints. Each bite of the cucumber is announced by an audible fresh snap, followed by layers of sweetness and sharpness from the vinegar and garlic. The flavors of both side dishes are delicate and subtle, offering tasty bites before the feast...


Diners have the option to pair their main course with Steamed White Rice (P 70/bowl), Braised Noodles with Ginger & Scallion (P 220) or Braised Noodles with Shrimp Roe (P 240). Depending on your mood or craving, these sides pair well with the signature roasts. The Braised Noodles with Shrimp Roe is the perfect match if you're looking for rich and bold flavors.


Starters done, time for the signature mains. The signature Roast Duck (P 750 Upper Quarter Portion/P 900 Lower Quarter Portion/P 1,500 Half/P 2,800 Whole) impresses the moment it is laid on the table with its juicy and succulent meat capped by a lightly crisp layer of skin draped in a thick and flavorful sauce.


One bite and the textural contrasts linger on your palate followed by a savory richness that can only come from a masterfully executed dish perfected through generations. The freshest and finest ingredients prepared in the authentic and uncompromising way come together at Kam's Roast, preserving a family tradition that has since grown to be synonymous with Hong Kong's finest. At Kam's Roast, the premium duck is marinated with a proprietary sauce that is slowly infused to the meat during the roasting process. The moist and tender meat lines your palate with a distinctive richness followed by hints of smoky, sweet and tart notes and perfectly finished by the thin layer of crisp skin. Just perfect.


Kam's Roasts' signature Soya Chicken (P 500 Half/P 980 Whole) is another popular favorite with its delicate and milder notes. The thick and flavorful sauce complements the subtle flavors of the plump chicken without overpowering it. Like the duck, the chicken is tender and juicy, pairing well with steamed white rice or the braised noodles. The way the chicken is prepared while retaining its juicy notes is an experience in itself. The dish is served with a flavorful ginger sauce, adding even more layers of flavors with each bite. The Crispy Roast Pork is another must-try at Kam's Roast, with juicy pork capped by a lightly crisp layer of crackling. Served with a spicy mustard sauce to temper the savory richness of the pork, the contrasting textures combine for pure pork bliss. The succulent and juicy pork with the airy and delicate crispness of the crackling is perfectly executed, and you'll definitely go for seconds. And thirds.


Still craving for more pork love? No worries. Kam's Roast's signature BBQ Pork (P 600/Plate) and Toro Char Siu (P 900/Plate) are yet another tempting option. The Toro Char Siu, made with pork belly with layers of fat for even more flavor, offers rich and indulgent notes followed by a delicate smoky sweetness. The leaner BBQ Pork, on the other hand, delivers traditional flavors. The charred outer layer also adds flavor, followed by the lingering sweetness of the barbecue glaze draped generously on the pork.
