It's been the go-to place for comforting dishes, cold beer, live entertainment and good vibes through the years, and now you can find it at Blue Bay Walk...
Chef & Brewer starts the new year with another bar and restaurant in a new location, serving its signature cuisine, refreshing drinks and good vibes. You can find and enjoy all your favorites, including their all-time best-seller, the Crispy Pata and more, at Chef & Brewer's newest branch at Blue Bay Walk.
And as the afternoon sun slowly faded in the distant horizon with another breathtaking sunset over the bay, Chef & Brewer prepares a show of its own, one filled with flowing drinks, good food and good times.
Add some cucumber syrup, apple juice and fresh lime juice with Remy Martin and you've got a winner you can enjoy all night long. The Remy Cucumber gets you in the right groove in no time at Chef & Brewer.
A good time at Chef & Brewer always includes good food. That evening, Executive Chef Erika Chua served many of Chef & Brewer's favorites, including the C & B Pizza (P 580)...
...the hearty and comforting Seafood Marinara (P 450)...
...as well as tasty samplers of their popular Buffalo Wings, Tuna and Pork Belly Sinuglaw, and Pancit Pork Sisig, each one reflecting the diverse yet comforting flavors at Chef & Brewer that have become favorites through the years. Where else can you find something like Pancit Pork Sisig in the metro?
But there's more. Chef & Brewer's Pork Sisig (P 430) brings with it the comfortingly familiar savory richness of pork mask with its contrasting soft, chewy and crunchy textures capped by a mildly soothing heat from the chili that just pairs so well with an ice-cold beer.
Equally popular is their Beef Salpicao (P 540), with fork-tender chunks of premium beef draped in olive oil and garlic. You'll be tempted to have some garlic rice with this one.
And here's something different available only at Chef & Brewer. If you love their Beef Salpicao, you'll love the Lengua Salpicao (P 535), with tender cubes of beef tongue draped in the same garlicky sauce as their signature Beef Salpicao. The distinct beefy notes of the Lengua Salpicao makes this different in terms of flavor and texture. And you can only find it here at Chef & Brewer.
If you're still hungry, there's Chef & Brewer's Korean Beef Stew (P 490), a sweet and savory stew with vegetables with just a whisper of heat from the spice blend.
Here's to more than a decade of good vibes at Chef & Brewer, and here's to even more good times ahead...
