Bizu Creperie's Smoked Salmon (P 375) offers a generous serving of premium smoked salmon topped with capers laid on the signature soft yet crisp crepe with a side of sour cream and a lemon wedge. It's a deceptively simple dish, yet the flavors are rich and intense. The melt-in-your-mouth texture and mildly briny, buttery notes of the smoked salmon line the palate with its richness, followed by the velvety smooth sour cream for that hint of sharpness capped by the burst of flavor from the capers. The soft crepe, with its lightly crisp edges, round out the flavors.
The use of the freshest and finest ingredients make this dish special, delivering fresh, clean and bold flavors. The crepe pairs so well with the salmon, adding its own buttery notes with each bite.

And Bizu Creperie nails this with their signature style with the Strawberry Rose (P 335), an elegantly plated dessert with fresh strawberries on a soft crepe topped with almonds, rose chantilly cream and vanilla ice cream drizzled with strawberry syrup.
The vibrant tartness of the fresh strawberries bursts in your mouth followed by the rich notes of the vanilla ice cream and roasted almonds, just pure indulgence. The soft crepe absorbs the melting vanilla ice cream for even more flavor. It's the classic strawberries and cream pairing masterfully executed on a soft crepe. And it works. Perfectly.
But my absolute dessert favorite at Bizu Creperie is the Grand Chocolat (P 315), with a soft crepe coated with chocolate and folded, topped with chocolate covered vanilla ice cream sprinkled with Valrhona chocolate pearls and drizzled with indulgent chocolate syrup. The deep, nutty and intense flavors of the premium chocolate come through, and you want more. The chocolate coated vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup and chocolate pearls come into play adding layers of decadent chocolate richness. And it just can't get better than that. Sweet or savory? Have both...at Bizu Creperie.
