Bolder, richer, and with more pronounced bitter notes for a hoppy flavor profile, Pedro takes you on a wild ride with their newest brew...
Pedro Brewcrafters launches its newest craft beer, the Wandering Wonderer IPA, with its predominantly hoppy flavors. Brash, free-spirited, and honest, the Wandering Wonderer IPA isn't shy on flavor. Not at all. With both flavor and bite upfront, it's a refreshing addition to the Pedro Brewcrafters' line of signature brews...
Pedro Brewcrafters offers its loyal fans another masterfully crafted expression of the brewer's art with the rich notes of hops (for more on Pedro Brewcrafters, check out my previous posts, The Other Side of Boracay Meets Pedro...at Rieseling Boracay Beach Resort and There's a New Brew in Town. Meet Pedro...).
With 6.2% ABV, the newest brew has the highest alcohol by volume compared to the rest of the Pedro Brewcrafters' range of brews rated at 5%. And with a high 52 on the IBU scale, the international standard for bitterness, the new Wandering Wonderer IPA more than doubles the IBU of the current line of brews. This hoppy beer style, by far, is Pedro Brewcrafters' most robust brew with the bold notes from hops and a nice kick.
Look for Pedro in that colorful tie-dye top, and you've found the new Wandering Wonderer IPA. As with traditional India Pale Ales, the pronounced bitterness give it a distinct flavor and character. The sharper notes are also refreshing, with its clean yet full-bodied flavors.
Best enjoyed ice-cold, gently pour the Wandering Wonderer IPA as a foamy head is formed crowning the glass. The deep cloudy amber hue of the Wandering Wonderer IPA is a visual cue to its vibrant flavor, and sipping through the fine frothy head delivers a burst of refreshing hoppy notes that lingers long after the first sip. It's a welcome addition to the growing line of signature craft local beer by Pedro Brewcrafters, and one for the road with the Wandering Wonderer IPA will definitely take you where you want to be in a few sips...
