For me, the freshest seafood is best prepared simply with butter and garlic. Lots of butter and garlic, adding an indulgent yet subtle layer of creamy and nutty richness without overpowering the delicate notes of the fresh seafood. Lobster, Prawns, Taiwanese Clams, Clams, and Florida Stone Crab Claws gently simmered in butter and garlic...just can't get better than that. Another round? Absolutely.
